President

A diverse background in real estate development with over 20 years experience creating opportunistic projects in and around Seattle. A focus on land acquisition, feasibility and design, financing, and business operations. Working to build the company on a foundation of successful past projects.

Chris Seymour

VP Operations & Projects

Nineteen years of experience building commercial and residential projects with a focus on mechanical systems and budget controls. Strength of building a cohesive project team and owning each project cradle to grave.

Charles Clark

VP Construction

Eighteen years of experience completing multi family projects up to 405 units and driving schedule, schedule, schedule! Constructed projects in Washington, Colorado, and California with a completed value over $350,000,000.
